When you recieve Pelvic Floor treatment from me, I use all my knowledge based on your problem or your needs and wishes. For some, it is enough with one time to get “control of the situation”, but many times it is worth taking more than one session. I recommend at least three sessions for best result. Then you can build your contact to your pelvic floor and consolidate relaxation and awareness. It is also rewarding to get feedback on how the practice work.
I also offer an individual program which extends over three months for you who really want to go in depth. Includes zoom sessions, tasks and practice and IRL if you are in the area.

Zoom sessions: 800:-/tim

Individual program: Guidance during 3 months: 12.500:-

Voice dialogue sessions, lymf-massage, Chi Nei Tsang: 900:-/tim
